On approx. 48 square metres there is a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed, a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen (without dishwasher, with coffee machine), radio, TV, WLAN, shower with WC, hairdryer and a furnished terrace.  The final cleaning as well as the additional costs for electricity, water and heating are included in the price. You are also welcome to bring your pet.
